When you listen to this podcast, I will be on holiday, surfing. Yet I have ensured that my business is still 'open' within certain hours so clients and enquiries are able to communicate with me.
The reason why I'm discussing this is because I have had to engage with a couple of other companies that have been uncontactable due to them being on holiday!
