Managing questions and ANSWERING them when you are delivering a speech could be challenging. I am often asked my tips for managing these - and people that interrupt, to ensure you maintain your focus and aren't put off by these people.
I know my clients worry that they won't be able to answer a question; that they'll lose concentration - or that they will be upstaged by the person asking the question, as they might be wanting to promote themselves or their business.
