For International Happiness Day I am interviewing author Edward Turnbull about mindful Communication. He shares how important this is to ensure everyone remains happy and avoids misunderstandings. Learning points include:
1. Take Time to focus on your health and wellness to ensure you communicate effectively.
2. Look at your own communication styles and why you are doing these. Are they effective?
3. Be mindful of others' communications. Are they being grumpy because they are having a hard time? Might you have been rude triggering a response?
