We have all been in situations where we call someone and they're grumpy with us; it's just the wrong time to call them, even if we've pre-arranged the call. In this podcast I discuss ways to manage every call to ensure you don't fall out with them and if necessary arrange another, more convenient time to call.
Most people don't mind speaking on the phone, but if the time's wrong, there is no point!
