We are all living in unprecedented times; with news changing almost hourly. My only wish is for all of my listeners to remain safe and well.
Many people, including listeners to this podcast, are working remotely for the first time. It takes discipline. Add the stress of not being able to interact with others and our everyday lives being changed along with the worry of the virus, this is a challenge.
