When we hear the word 'feedback' we often think it is a negative comment that is being given to us. A recent discussion on Facebook concluded that on many occasions we should think of the motivation of the person feeding back to see if we should ignore the comment!
Yet feedback CAN be a positive opportunity to address a weakness in a service, product or business activity that you might not be aware of. Of course when I speak or deliver a workshop or course, I welcome feedback (although I do get nervous that there will be a hurtful comment of course!) I have recognised that sometimes a feedback comment can be a life changing opportunity.
