During March and April 2015 we are focusing on the General Election preparation in the United Kingdom and in particular the skills a budding politician needs to speak and engage with his or her electorate. After all he or she is after your votes!
In this podcast, I share top tips to engaging with your electorate by 'Meeting and Greeting'. In other words, visiting local organisations such as a lunch club for old people; a charity where there are volunteers; mother and toddler group etc.
There are particular things a politician should do, to ensure the time is well spent engaging with the audiences, NOT making gaffs and being remembered for those things!
